The passion that moves me
I love Motorkultur. I am obsessed with creating, collecting, remixing and spreading the most mind-blowing, stunning and awesome stuff I can find. It satisfies me, and I create automotive "mixtapes" on every online channel I can get hold of, 24/7.
Motorkultur: I live in the country which invented the automobile and still has the most desirable automotive brands worldwide. Motorkultur is a German expression which pools every creative automotive culture and sub-culture. Motorkultur is motor culture.

Philosophy
Safe. You can choose your means of getting around by price-performance ratio, trunk capacity or color. Or by breakdown statistics. Of even by fuel efficiency. Now that's really safe. And rational. But you can also let your heart and the gasoline in your blood carry you away. That's passion.
Chromjuwelen.com (Chrome Jewels) sets off with the passion that steers you off the safe path into the irrational lane. The community that meets and exchanges info every day on the internet portal has it's high-octane outing behind it. And often makes everything associated with it—choice of music, clothing and colorful skin—part of their lifestyle. With all the consequences. And a lot of self-confidence.
So, questions like "How’s the mileage?" or "Can you even get a parking space for it?" don’t play much of a role at Chromjuwelen.com. Anyone at home at Chromjuwelen.com has already checked off these points long ago. And hardly ever manages a smile at such questions, if at all.
The mission of Chromjuwelen.com is not just to give gasoline junkies their fix, but rather to present the ones behindor—better under—the machines. For who could better inspire and excite than the creators and movers of a "chrome jewel" themselves? Chromjuwelen.com thus brings soul mates together and presents the ones who deserve respect. The "gasoline in the blood" is the same for everyone. Even if this is sometimes only admitted very hesitantly.
Chromjuwelen.com grew from the demand for more that just commercial aspects and safety tested to the smallest detail. It's instead about style, freedom and the fever that drives you into the US car camp, to late model classics, to the tuning shelf, to the dragstrip or into retro worlds such as hot rods.
The latter topics represent the main focal points. Because hot rodding is not just the cradle of the acceleration sport, but for all tuning. After all, in the 40s vehicles were already being rebuilt to go faster and stand out from the crowd. These scenes also set the style for innumerable items that appear today in modernized form: "Flame jobs", customizing, pinstriping.
Anyone wanting to understand car and custom culture should take a trip back in time.
